Our business-to-business experience includes industries such as financial services, insurance, manufacturing, marketing, professional services, technology, trade associations and travel.

Doug Tangwall founded End Result Marketing, LLC, in 2009. Doug has a track record of significant accomplishments in the fields of marketing, financial services and insurance. His articles have appeared in more than 50 industry publications, and he has written numerous marketing and research reports, including Marketing by the Numbers, The Case for Checking Accounts, Differentiate Your Financial Institution with Award-based Marketing and Nine Rate-Setting Rules That Have Changed. The Nurture Marketing Blog calls Doug “a highly respected marketer.”
Prior to starting End Result, Doug held research, marketing and product management positions and served as director of product research and market planning for a national financial services firm. He managed 15 strategic alliances with respected companies such as Canon and Diebold and collaborated to take a trade association from 56th to 8th most influential in Washington, D.C.
Doug has a bachelor of arts degree in sociology with a concentration in research and analysis from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He also completed a three-year course of study in financial institution management through the Credit Union National Association (CUNA) and the UW-Madison Graduate School of Business.
Doug has consulted with businesses and trade associations, and has led 14 meetings with government and financial sector leaders in Haiti as part of a $33-million economic development grant proposal. He has served on CUNA’s Environmental Scan teams for nearly a decade, predicting trends and implications, and he’s a featured national speaker on best-practice marketing and product design.
Shortly after founding End Result, Doug formed a strategic alliance with a like-minded professional who has impressive credentials:
Wendy Soucie is a connected and innovative social media and marketing professional. Wendy helps clients increase sales by integrating and executing social media strategies. Her approach spans customer service, product development, human resources, management, sales and marketing. She is a featured national writer, blogger and speaker on marketing and social media strategy and tools.
Wendy is a founding member of the Social Media Academy, a group that identifies and teaches best-practice methodologies for applied social media. She is one of the first 25 individuals worldwide to earn the Certified Social Media Consultant designation and is among 10 elite members who formed the Black Diamond Group. In her consulting practice, Wendy uses the Social Media Academy’s Four Quadrant Assessment and Network-Participate-Contribute (NCP) models of social media assessment and implementation.
Prior to her work with End Result and private consulting practice, Wendy held executive positions in marketing and business development in technology and professional services industries. She holds a bachelor of science degree in engineering from the University of Rhode Island-Kingston.
Wendy serves on the advisory board for ProjectGirl.org—a nonprofit helping girls manage self-perceptions stemming from mass-media advertising and entertainment. She is a regional executive director for Integrated Alliances, a company that provides social media training. Wendy is also a member of the Alumni Group for the Social Media Academy—a strategic planning committee charged with developing measurements of the return on investment and engagement of social media initiatives.
